Commercial Application Guidelines

The Following Documentation Must Be Provided:

  • Completed Application
    • Credit reports will be ordered on each individual. There is a $75.00 credit application fee per applicant.
  • Tax Returns / W-2’s – 2 Years
  • Personal / Business Financial Statements – 2 Years
  • Bank Statements – 3 Months
  • Color Copy of Driver’s License
  • Description of Business / Business Plan
  • Articles of Incorporation (If Incorporated)
  • Statement of Information (If Incorporated

Application Instructions

1. Please list the business name or the full name (first, middle, last) of the entity that will be listed on the lease.
2. Include your EIN information or Social Security Number in the proper spaces.
3. Date of birth and Drivers License number must also be listed on the application.
4. Please list both your present residence and business address. Do not forget the city and zip code.
5. Information requested regarding your present employment must be filled out completely. Be sure to list your gross income in the proper space and provide your most recent documents that verify income.
6. The section references should include two personal and two business contact information.
7. To begin the application process, please send all the required documentation to northbay@purepm.co for processing.

NOTE: Please allow us at least 48 hours to process your application before calling the office for status. Any missing applications and/or any incomplete applications may cause delay and/or may be returned unprocessed. We will NOT process unsigned applications.
