Jock McNeill, MPM, RMP

VP Partner Relations

Jock McNeill, MPM®, RMP® has been in the real estate and property management industry since 1999. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of the Pacific School of Business and Public Administration. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and Realtor. Jock is responsible for the daily operations of the management group, leasing, as well as sales and business development, as broker/co-owner of Alliance Property Management.

In 2015, he received the Master Property Manager (MPM®) designation offered through the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM), which is a distinctive recognition held by only a few hundred individuals nationwide. Candidacy requirements included several specialized courses, continued industry involvement, and recommendations from clients and colleagues.

Other professional affiliations include the California Apartment Association (CAA) and the California Association of Realtors (CAR). Jock is a three time Past President of the Marin-Sonoma chapter of NARPM and serves on the local Board of Directors for the North Coast Division of CAA. In addition, he has been an instructor for the NCRHA-sponsored “Managing Rental Housing” series and adjunct professor of “RE 57 – CA Property Management” at the Santa Rosa Junior College. A veteran of several property management portfolio acquisitions, he has presented on the topic at a national property management conference. Jock enjoys sharing industry knowledge with colleagues and newcomers alike.

Jock is a member of Rotary Club of Santa Rosa and a graduate of Leadership Santa Rosa Class XXVII. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, and doesn’t mind getting a round of golf whenever possible. Jock lives in Santa Rosa with his wife and two daughters.

Efren Espinoza

Property Manager

Efren Espinoza is a Property Manager who was born in Mexico and was raised in a multicultural home between both Mexico and the United States. He began his career at Alliance Property Management in 2008 temporarily assisting while a colleague was on maternity leave. After a short time, he discovered that the real estate industry was a perfect match for him.

As a professional Property Manager, he pride’s himself on offering superior service. Knowledge, commitment, honesty & expertise are the foundation of his work ethics.

He received his Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation through National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Other professional affiliations include the California Apartment Association – North Coast (CAA). Efren is the current President of the Marin-Sonoma chapter of NARPM and the Communications Director for CALNARPM. He is always looking to better himself, not only professionally, but personally as well.

Some of his many hobbies and interests include promotion and marketing, competitive volleyball, singing, dancing & exercising.

Julie Clevenger

Property Manager

Julie Clevenger has been a licensed Realtor since 2011 and specializes in Property Management. She recently moved to the St. Helena area of Napa County from San Diego where she started her journey in real estate and now works in our St. Helena office. She completed her Associates Degree in real estate in 2010. Working hard under the principle that a good property manager is educated and skilled in maintaining an owner’s investment, she is a problem solver by nature and she possesses a high level of common sense, diplomacy and has a “can do” spirit. She is a member of CAP, NAR, NorBAR, CAA and NARPM.

Julie has two adult children that live in Washington State and she enjoys donating her time and talent to her community with various organizations.

Sarah O’Brien

Property Manager

Sarah O’Brien was born in Long Beach, but grew up in Petaluma, California. She has worked for Alliance Property Management since 2015 and is currently an Assistant Property Manager.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys visiting with her family and friends. She loves the outdoors; the beach is one of her favorites. Some of her hobbies include going to reggae shows, hiking, sketching and painting. She loves to travel and can not wait to return to the Caribbean.

Nicole Burns

Accountant

Nicole was born and raised in the town of Sonoma. She graduated from CSU-Monterey Bay with a B.A. in Humanities and Communication. While going to school, she committed her efforts to the hospitality industry. Over the last 15 years, Nicole has held management positions in hotels, spas and vacation rentals in Sonoma and Napa Counties. Starting at the front desk she worked her way up to General Manager of a local boutique hotel. Most recently, she entered the Real Estate industry and helped facilitate dozens of local real estate transactions.

Nicole’s proudest achievement is becoming a mom. Nicole and her husband love watching their fun-loving daughter explore the world and make them smile. Nicole is an avid Pure Barre enthusiast and enjoys taking her daughter on walks through the many local regional parks and trails.

Nicole is excited to be a part of Alliance Property Management and learn from her fellow colleagues! She is happy to be a part of a team that allows her to continue to work and serve her community. 

Sean O’Leary

Property Manager

Sean joined Alliance Property Management in January 2020. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker, has been working in the industry for nearly 20 years and his experience is broad. In the past, Sean has represented buyers and sellers of real estate as well as serving as a loan officer/Broker. Managing property was something he has always done for his friends and family, so it was only ‘natural’ for him to shift to this industry professionally 6 years ago. Sean lives in Marin County and spends his free time adventuring/exploring with his wife and two young children (6 & 9) the incredible lifestyle that can only be found in the Bay Area.

Vianey Rios

Property Management Assistant

Vianey Rios began working at Alliance Property Management in 2019. She enjoys her role as a Property Management Assistant and looks forward to going to work everyday knowing she will be providing the best service she can to her team and clients. Vianey studied International Relations in her hometown of Mazatlan and in her free time she enjoys traveling, coloring large mandalas and taking funny pictures of her cat.

Katie O’Brien

Property Manager

Katie was born in Leon Guanajuato, Mexico and grew up in Sonoma County. She has been part of the Alliance Property Management team since early 2019. Having first worked at the front desk as an Administrative Assistant, she is now taking on a new role as Property Manager. Everyday Katie is faced with new challenges and she is excited for what her new position has to offer. In Katie’s spare time she likes to spend time with her family & friends, skateboard, hike, paddle board and just be outdoors.

Erika Hernandez

Customer Service

Erika joined Alliance Property Management in 2021. She was born in Mexico and raised in California. Some of her hobbies include doing arts and crafts with her babies, playing soccer, going on walks and to the beach with her family.

Danny Gomez

Customer Service

Danny Gomez joined Alliance Property Management in 2021 and was raised in California. He has over 10 years experience in customer service. and loves helping people. Though property management is fairly new to him, he is an incredibly fast learner. It makes him happy to see new tenants move into the home of their dreams. He is excited and eager to assist you in any way possible.
